  • At MESTIZA, we guarantee that all our jewelry is made of 925 silver and that the gold used in the plated pieces is 24k, manufactured fairly and following all the quality standards required by law, in Peru.
  • We take responsibility for the quality and finish of our pieces, offering a 3-month warranty that covers repairs or exchanges for jewelry with origin or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear of the part.
  • Within the warranty period, we offer free maintenance, including cleaning and finishing. Outside of this period, maintenance of the jewelry may be carried out with an additional cost for the service.
