To make changes and returns, you have 15 calendar days to make the request. This will be received as long as the jewel is returned in perfect condition and delivered in its original packaging. After this period, MESTIZA will not receive claims or changes.
All pieces that have been sold at a discount (except the use of the first purchase coupon) will not have access to returns.
If the client wishes to make the exchange due to a size change in the case of rings, it will be possible but MESTIZA will not assume the shipping costs, these will be borne by the client.
If the part is in poor condition or defective or is an incorrect product, MESTIZA will assume the shipping costs to receive the part and deliver it again to the customer.
To request changes and returns, the customer must send an email to hola@mestiza.pe with a copy of the original receipt or the order number, detailing the reason why you want to make the change and what jewelry you want instead. , whether the same or a different one, assuming the price difference, if any. After that, a date and time will be coordinated to execute the change.
Any type of money refund is made in specific cases under the modality in which the purchase was made. For credit card purchases, we have a payment gateway so the refund will come from the same card that was used to make the purchase. There is no possibility of changing the method of return. The estimated time for this process is 20 business days. Take into account that we do not manage return times.
We do not accept money returns under any reason.
We give you a 3-month warranty for the repair or exchange of jewelry that presents defects of origin or manufacturing. The warranty does not include damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear of the part.
